Nancy Oakes: Dine with 100 Points of Wine

 

Private dining experience, paired with 100 point wines, in a suite at Boulevard Restaurant in San Fransico, California for up to twelve (12) guests

 

For over three decades, Nancy Oakes has been at the top of the San Francisco dining scene. Her first restaurant, L’Avenue, opened in 1988 and focused on creating extraordinary American food in casual surroundings. She closed L’Avenue in 1993 to open Boulevard, an acclaimed restaurant at the foot of San Francisco’s Bay Bridge that has earned Michelin Stars and a James Beard Award for Oakes as “Best Chef: California.” Located in the historic Audiffred Building, the only existing structure to have survived the 1906 San Francisco earthquake, it is known for its understated, elegant Belle Epoque interior.

Boulevard’s menu is no less glamorous, focusing on seasonal renditions of California ingredients enhanced by classic techniques. After starters such as king crab bisque, Vermont raclette fritters and ahi tuna tartare, enjoy an entrée of Northern halibut, Berkshire pork or violin squash with white truffles.

The winning bidder’s party of twelve will enjoy a spectacular private dining experience at Boulevard, paired with wines that have received perfect 100-point scores from critics—wines that are not only breathtaking but extremely hard to acquire. It will be a combination of world-class food and wine you’re not likely to forget.
