 Chef’s counter experience for one (1) couple at Top Chef winner Joe Flamm’s debut restaurant Rose Mary in Chicago, Illinois

 Multi-course meal & wine pairing for one (1) couple

 

Chef Joe Flamm, winner of Bravo’s Top Chef Season 15, fell in love with cooking while making homemade pasta with his grandmother, Mary. After working in some of Chicago’s finest kitchens such as Art Smith’s Table 52 and Stephanie Izard’s The Girl and the Goat, he went on to become executive chef at the legendary Spiaggia and Café Spiaggia.

Rose Mary, an Italian-Croatian restaurant named for his grandmothers Mary and Mary Rose, is Flamm’s first solo venture. His menu blends his Italian heritage with the bold, bright flavors of Croatian cuisine: stracciatella and pasta with lamb ragu intertwine with dishes from the Dalmatian coast such as cevapi (grilled Serbian sausages) and beef burek.

The winning bidder will enjoy a unique, interactive counter experience giving an insider's look into the Rose Mary kitchen with Chef Flamm. Throughout a multi-course meal with wine pairings, you’ll discover why he refers to his rustic yet refined cuisine as “Adriatic drinking food.”
