Custom Italian Dinner at Brera Ristorante

 

Italian dinner with wine and spirits for two (2) couples by chef Angelo Auriana at BRERA Ristorante in Los Angeles, California 

 

During his 18 years as executive chef at Piero Selvaggio’s restaurant Valentino in Santa Monica, Angelo Auriana established himself as one of the foremost Italian chefs in America before branching out on his own. His restaurant Brera is named for the chic, artistic Brera neighborhood in Milan. Combining the informal atmosphere of an osteria with formal cooking in an elegant setting, it displays Auriana’s personal culinary identity that emphasizes the importance of the highest quality ingredients and the use of techniques to bring out their true flavors.

 

The winning bidder’s party of four will indulge in a meal prepared by Chef Auriana himself and get to experience the extraordinary range of his cooking: starters ranging from stuffed zucchini blossoms to American wagyu tartare, house made pasta, authentic pizza, white truffles in season, pink snapper and aged ribeye. You will also sample a selection of wines from his all-Italian list featuring the best small vintners from throughout the country—including the chef’s favorite wine, Barolo.

 

INSIDER’S INFO: Reservations are subject to availability based on Chef Auriana’s schedule and must be booked at least one (1) month in advance Airfare accommodations, ground transportation, tax and gratuity are not included.
