At Dry Creek Kitchen at Hotel Healdsburg, Palmer presents a menu driven by the best available ingredients in Sonoma County. The winning bidder’s party of four will spend one night in the hotel’s Premier King guest rooms and experience a five-course tasting menu. Prepare yourself for dishes such as sunchoke agnolotti, braised rabbit ragu, crisp black cod and spiced Liberty duck breast, accompanied by farm-fresh produce and topped off with desserts such as warm persimmon pudding or Dry Creek olive oil cake.
