An exclusive cooking demonstration followed by a Champagne lunch at Sea Salt for up to ten (10) people
Sea Salt was chef Fabrizio Aielli’s first restaurant in Naples, and it remains the favorite of many. The menu focuses on ocean-centric cuisine from the chef’s hometown of Venice, presented in a warm and welcoming environment. The philosophy is to blend simplicity with the very best fresh ingredients in a menu that changes daily.
The winning bidder’s party of ten will experience a special cooking demonstration provided by the culinary team of Chef Fabrizio. You’ll learn how to produce Sea Salt classics such as Key West pink shrimp ceviche, grilled short rib meatballs, deconstructed Caesar salad and swordfish Milanese. The class will be followed by a festive Champagne lunch.
INSIDER’S INFO: Sea Salt is located in Naples, Florida. The luncheon and chef demonstration are located at the Naples, Florida Sea Salt restaurant. The date must be booked on a mutually agreeable date and are subject to availability. Demonstration and lunch must be scheduled at least 30 days in advance. Tax and gratuity are not included.
