1 – 1.5 Liter 1976 Château Cheval Blanc
Vines have been grown at the place named Cheval Blanc for centuries and the vineyards of Saint-Émilion have produced wines of outstanding quality year after year and decade after decade, since late antiquity. Château Cheval Blanc 1976, made of Merlot, Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, boasts a beautiful dark red color with orange highlights and a brick-red rim.
Powerful but showing great finesse, the nose opens up to reveal a smooth, delicate bouquet of plum and violet. The taste of ripe fruit, and especially prune, melts in the mouth with a silky texture. The aftertaste is fresh, elegant and very long. You will relish this special vintage.
