Named for chef Rautureau’s hometown of Saint-Hilaire-de-Loulay in France, Loulay’s menu highlights the freshness of local and seasonal ingredients. Many of the menu items are rooted in his childhood memories, including hot chocolate with brioche and salted butter that is based on a recipe shared with his grandparents.
It has been said that Loulay is where chef Rautureau fully expresses his joie de vivre—you will, too!
