Four people will enjoy a three-course dinner with wine pairings, compliments of chef Jason Stanhope. As executive chef at FIG, he was honored with the James Beard Foundation Award for “Best Chef: Southeast” in 2015. Chef Stanhope shares FIG’s philosophy of serving cuisine that pays homage to the bounty of the Lowcountry region by offering a daily changing menu that is honest and straightforward.
INSIDER’S INFO: Reservations are subject to availability and must be booked at least two (2) weeks in advance. Menu and wine to be selected by FIG with consideration given to allergies and aversions. Gift certificate must be present for redemption and is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods. Tax is included but gratuity is not included.
