Four (4)- course regional American dinner paired with wines at KC American Bistro for eight (8) people
After chef Keith Casey graduated from the Culinary Institute of America, he began a career odyssey that first took him to Atlanta; after that, he spent three years working with acclaimed fusion chef Roy Yamaguchi, helping him open restaurants for the Roy’s chain. His journey eventually brought him to Naples, where he opened KC American Bistro in 2009.
At KC, he uses fresh seasonal ingredients to create dishes that reflect the best of regional cooking from around the country. His menu is intriguing and wide-ranging. Begin with a Cape Cod lobster slider or Hawaiian BBQ ribs so tender that the meat literally does fall of the bone. Entrées are just as creative: coffee-rubbed sea scallops, hoisin glazed and fire roasted Kurobuta pork chop and a smoked pepper and molasses glazed duck breast. The wine list is short but carefully curated, filled with small-production bottles from the world’s far-flung wine regions.
The winning bidder’s party of eight will enjoy a four-course dinner with wine pairings and have the opportunity to discover the range of Keith Casey’s repertoire for themselves.
INSIDER’S INFO: Reservations are subject to availability and must be booked at least four (4) weeks in advance. Tax and gratuity not included. Expires on January 31, 2021.
