A classic Sunday Champagne brunch at Sails Restaurant for eight (8) people
The husband and wife team of Veljko Pavicevic and Corinne Ryan worked on their “pescatarian’s haven” for nearly three years before opening in 2018 at the base of Fifth Avenue South. The bar marble was imported from Greece, the stemware was hand-blown in Slovenia, and the Lagioule flatware is both elegant and utilitarian. At Sails, it’s all about the details: The fish and shellfish in this sleek, Mediterranean restaurant is flown in daily from Europe and displayed on ice near the open kitchen before being cooked on the cherrywood-burning grill and simply presented with lemon, sea salt and olive oil by chef de cuisine Darren Veilleux.
Unlimited Louis Roederer Champagne will flow for the winning bidder’s party of eight as they enjoy brunch in one of Naples’ most distinctive restaurants. Bloody Marys and Provence Rosé will be on hand for those who get bored with Champagne, and there will also be unlimited oysters and prawns as well as a three-course menu with an egg and omelet station, crêpes, fruit, freshly baked croissants and pastries and much, much more.
