Seven-course tasting menu hosted by Chef Andy Hyde, Hyde Vineyard Estate and the founders of Marshallberg Farm Caviar, for up to twelve (12) guests
Andy Hyde is one of the most dynamic and interesting new chefs to appear in Naples in many years. He’s the product of cultures as diverse as Ghana, Germany and Chicago; before coming to town in 2014, he worked for culinary celebrities such as Gordon Ramsay, Thomas Keller and Grant Achatz. His 30-seat, chef-driven restaurant, Hyde N Chic, opened in November 2019.
The winning bidder’s party of 12 will enjoy a seven-course tasting menu created by Chef Andy Hyde in collaboration with Marshallberg Farms classic and superior caviar. Dinner will be paired with Larry Hyde vintage wines and hosted by Chef Andy Hyde, Hyde Vineyard Estate and the founders of Marshallberg Farm Caviar. Expect dishes as eclectic as Wild Mushroom Strudel and Summer Truffle, Signature Chilean Sea Bass with a turmeric glaze, Tamarind Braised Wagyu Beef Short Rib and Deconstructed Key Lime Pie. You will emerge sated, delighted and amazed.
INSIDER’S INFO: Subject to availability and to be planned for a mutually agreeable date. Guests will enjoy complimentary wine from Hyde Vineyard Estate during dinner. Additional alcoholic beverages, taxes and gratuity are not included. Expires January 31, 2022.
