When Fabrizio Aielli came to Naples in 2005 to share his culinary talents at the Naples Winter Wine Festival, he was an accomplished chef and the proprietor of three highly successful restaurants in Washington, D.C. Chef Aielli immediately felt at home in Naples, as it reminded him of his childhood growing up near the water in Venice, Italy. The Aiellis relocated to Naples and opened their first restaurant, Sea Salt, in 2008; it was an immediate hit, earning the accolade of “Best New Restaurant” in Esquire magazine.
Anyone who has dined at Sea Salt will jump at the opportunity to experience an up-close presentation of Chef Aielli’s cooking technique. Your party of ten will have an intimate view of how the chef transforms wild-caught seafood and hormone-free meats into the innovative dishes on Sea Salt’s menu. The cooking demonstration will be followed by a Champagne lunch featuring the best of Sea Salt: raw shellfish and crudo, house made pasta, artfully constructed sandwiches and salads, and fish straight from the sea and fresh off the grill.
