Steak & Cabernet wine dinner for up to ten (10) guests

Opened in 2018, Dorona is perhaps Fabrizio Aielli’s most unusual concept: a “modern Italian steakhouse.” The restaurant was named for a rare wine of the Veneto region which was nearly extinct until it was revived several years ago. Aielli assembled a carefully curated selection of the finest beef available on the market, sourced from the most conscientious purveyors: Black Angus from Grand Island, Nebraska; Australian grass-fed ribeye, and Jackman wagyu “Kobe style.” The menu is augmented by Italian touches such as crispy calamari and charred octopus, platters of house-made salumi, and a variety of pastas ranging from spaghetti carbonara and rigatoni Bolognese to linguine fra diavolo with langoustines.
