Privately guided boat tour to Keewaydin Island for up to four (4) guests
Lunch for up to four (4) guests at Snook Inn

Eight miles long and one half-mile wide, Keewaydin is a barrier island located between Naples and Marco Island; it has no cars, roads or bridges, and very few inhabitants (85% of the land is publicly owned). After Marco Island, to the south, was developed in the 1950s and 1960s, residents waged a successful campaign to keep Keewaydin primitive and pristine. Visitors who arrive by boat can get a glimpse of what Florida was like in the last century, before civilization encroached and then took over.

The winning bidder’s party of four will board the Conservancy’s 22-foot Boston Whaler for the journey to Keewaydin, passing osprey nests, dolphins, bald eagles and waterfowl along the way. Your time on the island will be highlighted by a visit to the Conservancy’s sea turtle nesting research facility. Afterward, you’ll continue to Marco Island for lunch at the iconic Snook Inn, a local favorite featuring authentic island cuisine.

INSIDER’S INFO: Package is available Monday through Friday and is valid through January 31, 2022. Lunch includes alcoholic beverages, tax and gratuity. Reservations must be made at least two (2) weeks in advance and experience is subject to availability and weather.
