Boat ride with a Conservancy naturalist boat captain for up to six (6*) guests
Guest passes to the Conservancy Nature Center for up to six (6*) guests
Lunch at Latitude 26 at the Hyatt House for up to six (6*) guests

The Conservancy of Southwest Florida was born in 1964, when plans were announced to build a road through Rookery Bay, across Gordon Pass and into the Ten Thousand Islands. A group of citizens mobilized a grassroots effort to stop the project; the road was never built, and the Conservancy was established as a result. Today, it covers five counties of Southwest Florida and plays a vital role in protecting our land, water and wildlife. The Nature Center encompasses the Smith Preserve, Ferguson Learning Lab, Dalton Discovery Center and the Wildlife Hospital Exhibits.

The winning bidder’s party of six will indulge in a relaxing and informative cruise along the beautiful Gordon River, with a naturalist boat captain as their guide to the wonders surrounding the Conservancy Nature Center. It’s a perfect experience for both families and lovers of the great outdoors, and don’t be surprised if you spot manatees and other unique marine life along the way. Following the cruise, you’ll enjoy lunch at Latitude 26 at the Hyatt House on Naples Bay.

Back at the Nature Center, you’ll learn about all the treasures that make the Conservancy a vital resource for the community. You’ll encounter live animals in the Dalton Discovery Center and visit the Shotwell Wavering Filter Marsh, the Christopher B. Smith Preserve and the von Arx Wildlife Hospital, where the staff cares for over 3,800 wild animals each year. You’ll emerge with a new appreciation of everything the Conservancy does to protect our unique environment.

INSIDER’S INFO: Package is available Monday through Friday and is valid through January 31, 2022. Lunch includes alcoholic beverages, tax and gratuity. Reservations must be made at least two (2) weeks in advance and experience is subject to availability and weather.

*Due to COVID restrictions, the 6 guests must be part of the same family or “in their bubble.”
