2007 Hamer Monaco Elite electric guitar with Seymour Duncan 59 pickups in hard shell case
Hamer Guitars was founded in 1973 by Paul Hamer and Jol Dantzig, who owned a vintage guitar shop in Illinois. Their early instruments were inspired by Gibson; they were the first boutique electric guitar brand that catered to professional musicians, and the first to produce a 12-string bass guitar. Their instruments have been used by bands such as Kiss, Bad Company, Wishbone Ash, Jethro Tull, Savoy Brown, Cheap Trick and Judas Priest.
The winning bidder will receive a vintage yet virtually new Hamer Monaco Elite electric guitar. The Elite model has a comfortable, carved top single cutaway design built with a solid maple cap on mahogany, with a set neck for great tone. Visually stunning, it features a cherry sunburst maple veneer along with an ebony fingerboard that is capped off with classy victory inlays. It also comes with Seymour Duncan 59 pickups, hand built to enhance the quality of all types of rock and blues.
INSIDER’S INFO: Guitar to be picked up at the Naples Children & Education office or shipped at the winning bidder’s expense.
