Knights Bridge Winery was founded in 2006 in the eastern hills of Knights Valley, north of Napa. In addition to sourcing fruit from two of Napa’s most highly regarded vineyards, Dr. Crane and To Kalon, the winery owns an estate parcel of 100 acres planted to Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc. The wines are primarily allocated through a private mailing list, with limited distribution. From the first vintage, winemaking has been in the expert hands of Douglas Danielak, who studied in both California and France and worked with Becky Wasserman at Le Serbet.

The winning bidder and two other couples are invited to join Knights Bridge proprietors Kelley and Jim Bailey at their elegant Naples residence for a private dinner. Paired with current release and library vintages of Knights Bridge wines, the sumptuous meal will highlight fresh, seasonal and local ingredients. Guests will begin the evening with an exclusive first taste of the magnificent 2019 Chardonnays, not yet released, and finish with the stunning 2009 Knights Bridge Cabernet Sauvignon from the library in Magnum. As a memory of the evening, the winning bidder will also receive an exceptional collection of four Knights Bridge single-block wines, signed by Douglas Danielak.

INSIDER’S INFO: Wines will be shipped directly to the winning bidder. Dinner to be scheduled for a mutually agreeable date in 2021.
